The focus is on a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste. This system will create an improvement tool by which the organization utilizes higher levels of effectiveness and profitability.
Important “new” concepts in this standard will be covered:
- Context of the Organization
- Risk-Based Thinking
- No “Management Rep” in the Standard?
- Greater emphasis on Leadership
- Stricter “Competency” requirements
- Is Preventive Action gone?
Our training also provides the essential team development skills to create dynamic and productive teams. This is often missing in audit and problem solving teams.
This course is designed for anyone needing to know what the new standard encompasses in both leadership and engagement. Virtually anyone in the organization from executive management to front-line workers will benefit from this training.
