Progressional Lean Six Sigma Certification Programs
Six Sigma
This highly customized progressional Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Orange Belt (OB) / Green Belt (GB) / Black Belt (BB) Certification program reflected the latest trend in Lean Six Sigma training. It’s designed to accommodate individual student’s needs in different industries while maintaining core capabilities of LSS to complete LSS projects. The program and curriculum are designed to have 3 levels of progressions, each with a designated certification. Send us a message for more information
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
The 2nd week of training (post OB) is designed to cover popular data analytic / statistical related tools and activities needed to complete GB level improvement projects, which typically requires statistical analyses. The program is software independent; can use any statistical software of students’ choice. Following 80/20 rule, GB curriculum covers tools commonly used by most Six Sigma projects
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
The 3rd and 4th weeks of training (post GB) is designed to cover advanced data analytic / statistical related tools frequently used to complete BB level improvement projects. Following the 80/20 rule, BB curriculum covers tools not necessarily required by the majority of Six Sigma projects, but those can be pivotal in dealing with complex data analytic scenarios.
Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt
Orange Belt (OB): The 1st week of training is designed to cover all non-statistical related tools and activities needed to apply LSS methodology to make improvement and complete improvement projects without dealing with statistics. The curriculum includes optional topics designed to address industry specific needs of students. It has 2 parallel tracks each with a different focus.
Manufacturing / operations focus: DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), the signature LSS process. DMAIC-OB alone can apply the complete DMAIC approach to make improvement and complete DMAIC projects.
Product development focus: Lean Design for Six Sigma (LDFSS), a spin off from DMAIC to address the unique practices needed in product development. It can follow typical product development stage gate structure, or generic CDOV (Concept, Design, Optimization, Validation) or DMADOV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Optimize, Verify) framework.

Champion Certification
Embedded in OB training is one day worth of Champion curriculum. The manager (or designated champion) of OB/GB/BB candidate(s), upon completion of the champion training, along with his/her belt completing an OB/GB/BB project, will also be certified as LSS Champion as an option.
