Fast Track Problem Solving

Course Overview

This class will examine the methods and tools necessary to create effective and agile corrective action for issues arising during production and requiring immediate reaction.

Fast Track Problem Solving is an accelerated version of formal corrective action methods to be used when the need for correction occurs on the production floor and immediate containment is required. This is not a replacement for the larger more exhaustive, detailed corrective action and preventive action system that might follow-up on a fast track action.

This training also supplies attendees with a copy of Quality in Actions’ Fast Track Problem Solving© interactive form in Excel® format for shop personnel to navigate and record problem solving with ease and accuracy.
