The Quality in Action Lean Simulation Kit demonstrates the principles of lean transformational thinking by engaging the learner in an interactive highly intuitive learning environment. The simulation can be effectively run with as few as 6 students or up to 15.
The objective of the Sailboat Simulation is to reinforce the identification of the Seven Wastes: Transportation, Inventory Waste, Motion Waste, Waiting, Over Production, Over Processing Waste and Defect Waste (Scrap).
